How will it be delivered?
We use a premium fully trackable courier service for shipping all orders to UK destinations which ensures that you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our delivery partners Parcelforce offer an extensive delivery network throughout the UK. All orders are fully trackable from collection through to point of delivery.
Please note that all deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. If nobody is in when the delivery is attempted the courier will leave a card and the parcel will either be re-delivered the next working day or left at your local Post Office for collection. If you are unable to arrange to be in to receive the delivery you can contact the Parcelforce depot to re-arrange delivery, arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a local Post Office for collection by you or to arrange collection from the depot itself.
Please note that if you do not contact the depot after 2 failed delivery attempts the parcel will be automatically returned to us after 21 days.
How long will it take to arrive?
We despatch all orders on the next working day. Orders received Friday/Saturday/Sunday will therefore be despatched on the following Monday.
As we aim to provide our customers with a premium service all UK orders are shipped using a 24 hour delivery service.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
Please note that delivery times to remote areas including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Sicily may be extended beyond 24 hours.
How much will it cost?
We charge shipping based upon your total order value irrrespective of the number of items ordered or their size/weight.
For all UK orders over £30 our shipping charge is £5.75.
For UK orders between £10 and £30 our shipping charge is £7.00. For all orders under £10 our shipping charge is £8.50.
Please note that a delivery surcharge applies to all deliveries to remote postcodes including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. We are able to offer international shipping to a number of European destinations using a European Priority Courier Service which provides delivery with 3-4 days. This service is fully trackable to ensure your order arrives safely.
The appropriate shipping cost will be added to your order automatically in the Checkout when you select your delivery destination country from the drop-down box.
Please note that this shipping charge applies per order irrespective of the number of items ordered and their size or weight.
Unfortunately we cannot ship aerosols to International destinations due to Air Freight restrictions, so if your order includes any they will not be shipped and a refund will be processed as appropriate.
If you refuse to accept a delivery, or you fail to contact the Parcelforce depot within 21 days of them making their 2nd delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to us as a rejected delivery. Please note that in such circumstances you will be charged for any additional shipping costs incurred.
