You can items to your shopping basket simply by clicking the Add to Cart button shown on the product listings page or on the product details page. For your convenience, your Shopping Cart is always visible at the top right of the screen and this will show details of any products you have added together with a total order value.
You can view the full details of your Shopping Cart at anytime by simply clicking on the Shopping Cart heading. This will then show the product descriptions of all items in your basket together with the quantity required and the total price for that item or items. There will also be a Sub-total shown at the bottom which represents the total value of goods required. An estimated shipping charge will be shown based upon the total order value but your actual shipping charge may differ if you require shipping to a remote destination. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout stage based upon your delivery address details in accordance with our published shipping tariff (See How much will it cost? in our Customer Services Delivery section)
When viewing your shopping basket you can amend the quantity ordered by changing the quantity shown in the box to the right of the product description or remove an item from the basket by clicking on the box to the left of the product description. After making amendments click on the Update Cart button and the contents of your shopping basket will reflect the changes made.
From this point you can either continue browsing and adding further items by clicking on the Continue Shopping button or you can proceed to the checkout to complete your order and to pay by clicking on the Order Now button.
If you wish to place an order with us but do not wish to use the on-line secure ordering system we will happily take your order over the phone. Simply call our sales and enquiry line on 07551 040 271. Please note that this service is only available Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. Outside those hours an answer service is in operation.
We will keep you informed of your orders progress via e-mail updates as follows.
You will receive an e-mail notification from us once your order has been picked in our warehouse and is ready for despatch.
You will receive a final e-mail notification from us once your order has been despatched by our warehouse which will contain a unique parcel tracking number. From this point the parcel’s progress is trackable via the www.Parcelforce.com website using this unique parcel number.
Your Purchase History
To view any of the orders you have placed with us through the website simply sign-in using your e-mail address and the password that you set and then click on the Go to Member Area button. Then go to the section headed Order History Search and search for your orders using either a specific order number or by selecting a date range.
You will be presented with a summary of any relevent orders and by clicking on the eye icon at the right will be able to view the full order details.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We pride ourselves on the quality of the items we offer but in the unlikely event that you should discover a fault please contact us by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt, and we will make arrangements for their return and to provide a replacement.
Similarly we take great care to package all products securely to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition, but should you discover that your goods are damaged when you unpack your parcel please contact us by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt, and we will make arrangements for their return and to provide a replacement
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return a purchase because you are unhappy with it, or it is unsuitable, or you have simply changed your mind you must E-Mail us at email@example.com or call us on 07551 040 271 within 7 working days from the day you received the goods to obtain a Returns Authorisation number.
All products must be returned as new in their original undamaged packaging together with all relevant instructions & documentation. In such circumstances you are responsible for the safe return of the goods to us at the address shown and for all associated costs.
Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to prevent them being damaged in transit. We would strongly recommend that you use a Parcelforce service which is available from your local post office to avoid parcels getting lost.
Please ensure you enclose details of your name, address, telephone number, Invoice number and Returns Authorisation Number. This will ensure that we can correctly identify you and will avoid delays in processing your refund.
Please note that if we find that a product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
All refunds will be processed against your original payment card as soon as the goods have been safely received by us and checked by our warehouse.
We will refund your original shipping charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but we are unable to refund the original shipping charge when a product is simply not wanted.
