Prices

All quoted prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, but exclude shipping charges.  All Special Offers are available whilst stocks last and apply to orders placed via this website or via telephone, but may not always be available to personal shoppers in our Retail Store.

Stock Availability

This website shows LIVE stock figures against all products.

We aim to have all products available for purchase at all times but occasionally we do run out of stock.  Where an item is temporarily out of stock it will still appear on the site but will show a message saying that the item is out of stock. You can still browse these products but you will be unable to add them to your Shopping Cart as we do not hold back-orders.

If you would like us to notify you when we receive further stocks of an out of stock product please click on the Enquire button or e-mail link on the product details page.

If an item is no longer available from our suppliers, or will be unavailable for an extended length of time, we will remove the item from the site altogether and only reload it once further stocks become available.

We take great care to ensure that all product details and descriptions appearing on the Website are as accurate and informative as possible so as to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable.  Unfortunately, as we’re only human, occasional errors may occur which we hope will not adversely effect your shopping experience.
