Forgotten Password

Simply go to the Registered Customer Login area at the left of the screen and click the Forgotton Password button.

You will then be asked to enter the e-mail address you used when you originally registered your details and you will automatically be sent a new password by e-mail which you can then use to sign-in to your account.  Once you’re successfully signed in to your account we suggest that you immediately change your password to something more memorable.

Changing Passwords

You can change your password at any time by simply clicking signing-in using your e-mail address and the password that you have set. Then click on the Update your Details button and scroll down to the password box. Simply overtype a new password and press the Submit button to update your details.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will only use the personal information that you supply us when using our website, to ensure that your orders are processed effectively and our service meets your requirements.

All Customer data collected on this site is stored securely and is used solely to:
Take and fulfil customer orders.
Process payment transactions.
Administer and enhance the site, and improve the service provided.

Your name, address and payment card details will be passed to our payment provider Protx as part the payment process to enable them to verify and authorise payment. Your name and address information will also be passed to our delivery partner Parcelforce to enable the successful delivery of your goods. Both organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information confidential.

We will use your e-mail address to send you an order confirmation and to send you order tracking updates.  We will only send you promotional e-mails if you have registered for our newsletter. You can opt out of receiving future promotional e-mails at any time by simply e-mailing us at enquiries@justkitsandmodels.co.uk.

Our policy is to never share our customer details with other companies wishing to use such information for their own marketing purposes.

By submitting your personal information to us, you are consenting to our collection and use of the information as set out in this Privacy Policy.  Any changes or revisions to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this website.

Security Policy

It is our top priority to ensure that your transaction data is kept secure at all times. Our chosen Payment Service Provider, Sage Pay, handles card transaction security for thousands of UK businesses.

When you enter your card details to purchase goods from our site at the checkout you are actually entering the data on a secure server operated by Sage Pay. All transaction information passed between our site and the Sage Pay System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our site from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing we pass to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Once at Sage Pay all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Sage Pay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

No individuals within Sage Pay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to their most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police).

You can also be confident that your card information is also completely secure from our own employees because we never receive your full card details from Sage Pay at any time.

We will never ask you to send any personal details via email. If we require such details, for security reasons we will ask you to contact us by phone. Should you receive an email claiming to be from Just Kits & Models requesting this kind of information, please do not respond but let us know.
